If you order a home for a drop shipment, we will provide a crew to set and weather tighten the home on your foundation. We will also provide top quality technical support and guidance to your General Contractor to complete the project.

Standard specifications for each model are posted at the bottom of each floor plan. These are Minimum Standard Specifications and are subject to change without notice. Upgrades and optional features are also available. Choose a base floor plan before discussing optional features. It is best to find out if the base price of the particular model you choose is within your budget. If it is, then you may add options and upgrades as you see fit.
